Welcome to Forest Elementary
Forest staff members hold the belief that every child can succeed. With high expectations for learning and behavior, every child is nurtured and encouraged to reach his or her potential in an environment that is safe and welcoming.

Teachers meet monthly to review student data, analyze the needs and strengths of each student and plan accordingly to increase student achievement. Students are placed into reading and math groups based upon the instructional readiness of the child. All children receive small group instruction within the classroom, and the groups are flexible; as the students progress, groups are reformed, and students continue to move forward and grow in their learning.

We provide students with total technology integration to make them 21st century learners with Chromebooks, iPads, laptops, desktops and large screen projection Smartboards. We also understand how important it is to stay connected with families online. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube!
We host family nights in math, science and reading and pride ourselves on our fantastic Math Masters program.

Respect and responsibility are valued everyday, all day at Forest Elementary.

Elders’ wisdom, children’s song
